Solutions

Systems chosen from the problem, not from a price list.

Three categories cover almost everything we build. Which one you need is a conclusion we reach together — not a box you have to tick before we talk.

Growth Systems

Everything between a stranger noticing you and a customer paying you.

Most businesses we speak to do not need more attention. They need less of it to leak away: enquiries that arrive at 9pm and get answered on Thursday, quotes nobody follows up, past customers who would happily come back if anyone asked.

A growth system makes that path deliberate. Where it makes sense we also build the front of it — the site, the landing page, the content that keeps running when you are busy doing the actual work.

We do not guarantee follower counts or lead volumes we cannot attribute. What we commit to is the system, and measuring what it does.

Capabilities

  • Websites and landing pages built around a single objective
  • Lead capture, qualification and routing
  • Booking and enquiry flows with the friction taken out
  • Automatic follow-up sequences
  • Customer reactivation campaigns
  • Referral and review systems
  • Conversion improvements on what you already have
  • Social and content systems, including production

You might need this if

  • Enquiries come in but a lot of them go quiet
  • Follow-up depends on someone remembering
  • Your website explains you but never asks for anything
  • Marketing happens in bursts, then stops

AI & Automation

The point is not that it uses AI. The point is that the work stops being done by hand.

Plenty of people can show your team how to prompt a chatbot. That is not what changes a week. What changes a week is AI and automation wired into the tools and information you already use — your inbox, your calendar, your documents, your customer records — so the repetitive part happens without anyone starting it.

We are equally happy to tell you that a problem needs a five-step automation rather than an AI agent. Usually it does.

Capabilities

  • AI assistants grounded in your own company information
  • Custom agents connected to real tools, not demos
  • API and MCP integrations between systems
  • Workflow automation with n8n and similar platforms
  • Document and information-processing workflows
  • Automated follow-up, reminders and notifications
  • Reporting that assembles itself
  • Internal knowledge systems your team can query

You might need this if

  • The same information gets typed into two systems
  • Someone spends hours a week on work that never changes
  • Answers live in files nobody can find quickly
  • Your tools do not talk to each other

Custom Business Software

Software shaped around how your business already works, rather than the other way round.

There is a point where the spreadsheet, the shared inbox and the tool that nearly fits start costing more than they save. A small, well-scoped application is often cheaper than the workaround everyone has quietly agreed to live with.

We build the smallest useful version first, put it into real use, and grow it from there. You own what we build.

Capabilities

  • Dashboards showing the numbers you actually act on
  • Lightweight CRMs and customer trackers
  • Lead and pipeline tracking
  • Booking, scheduling and reminder systems
  • Internal portals and team tools
  • Reporting built on your own data
  • Workflow applications for a specific process
  • Databases and structured record-keeping

You might need this if

  • The business runs on a spreadsheet only one person understands
  • You pay for software you use ten per cent of
  • Answering "how are we doing?" takes an afternoon
  • Your process is genuinely different from everyone else's

Starting points

Where projects usually start.

Defined pieces of work with a clear beginning and end. Most clients start with one of these, then keep going once it pays for itself.

Business AI Setup

A practical AI environment built around your actual work: a workspace, agents that can reach your tools, your company knowledge made searchable, and the instructions that keep answers consistent. Turns AI from a chatbot into something that belongs in the business.

  • Workspace setup
  • Custom agents
  • Company knowledge
  • Tool connections
  • Team onboarding

Business Automation

We map where the week actually goes, pick the workflows worth automating, and build them. Success is measured in time or money recovered — not in how many automations were delivered.

  • Workflow mapping
  • Lead processing
  • Reminders
  • Reporting
  • Document handling

Social Media System

Turning an account that exists into a presence that works: profile structure, a consistent visual language, posts and carousels, editing of footage you already have, and a rhythm that survives a busy month.

  • Profile optimisation
  • Content strategy
  • Post & carousel design
  • Video editing
  • Ongoing management

Website / Landing System

A site built as business infrastructure rather than decoration. We agree the one thing it has to achieve — enquiries, bookings, credibility, capturing leads for advertising — and design everything backwards from that.

  • Objective definition
  • Design & build
  • Booking / enquiry flow
  • Hosting
  • Measurement

Custom Business Tool

One piece of software for one specific problem: a CRM that fits your pipeline, a dashboard for the numbers you check on Monday, a tracker that replaces the shared spreadsheet. Small enough to be affordable, built so it can grow into more.

  • CRM
  • Dashboard
  • Lead tracker
  • Internal portal
  • Reporting
  • Booking system

How we price

A project fee for building the thing, plus an optional monthly component where ongoing value genuinely exists — hosting, monitoring, improvements, new features. We price on the value and complexity of the outcome rather than on hours, and you get the number before the work starts, not after.

Where this leads

Business Operating System

One place from which a company can see and run itself.

Every dashboard, CRM and automation we build is a piece of the same idea: a central operating layer around a business, where leads, customers, tasks, workflows, documents, bookings, numbers and the automations that connect them stop being scattered across a dozen tools.

The goal is not to replace everything you own. It is to give the business one surface it can actually be operated from.

This is where ANOVA PROJECTS is heading rather than a package you can order today. We are saying so plainly instead of pretending otherwise — and every smaller project we deliver is built so it could become part of one.

What would you like your business to do better?

Describe it in your own words — the symptom is enough. Working out what it actually needs is our job, and the first conversation costs nothing.
